Nusantara City New Indonesia Capital Tour

Day 01: BALIKPAPAN, BLACK RIVER, JUNGLE LODGE (--D)

Upon arrival at Balikpapan airport early afternoon, short meet and great service of your guide, transfer by car of minibus for about one hour to the mangrove forest of Balikpapan bay to sail with a canoe through the river system of Nipalm trees, to discover birds and other wildlife as the proboscis monkeys which are only found at Borneo island, continue overland to the Jungle Lodge in Bukit Bangkirai rain forest park, to enjoy the animal jungle sounds of the night with dinner, overnight at jungle lodge.

Day 02: RAINFOREST TREK, INDONESIA FUTURE CAPITAL CITY NUSANTARA (BLD)

Early in the morning breakfast at the lodge with the awake sounds of birds and gibbons of the rain forest, before we do a trekking over the trails in the giant hard wooden trees jungle of Borneo, we will climb the tree top bridge for an emerald green and tranquil jungle view of Kalimantan, Lunch at the Jungle lodge, afterwards transfer overland for about a half hour to the center of Indonesian new Capital “Nusantara City” which is under construction development, also named IKN (Ibu Kota Negara) in Bahasa Indonesia. We will visit the land area where the new President Palace will be build as the exact center the total Archipelago of Indonesia. Return to the Jungle lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 03: SAMBOJA ORANGUTAN JUNGLE (BL-)

Breakfast at the Lodge, enjoy the awaking forest sounds, before we leave to Samboja Lestari Park, While Entering, we pass the Rain Forest over the muddy road with our (4 wheel drive) car. Upon arrival at Samboja Lodge we take a look from the Tower to have an overview over the Park, before we getting to the area to see the Orangutans and Sun-bears in their rehabilitation process back in the wild. Lunch at Lodge, afterwards one hour transfer to Balikpapan airport for your flight to your next destination.
